I’m so glad I chose Happy2Move for my move.

I did a lot of research and contacted quite a few companies. Happy2Move were the only ones that made the quoting process simple and straightforward. The team answered all my questions and put my mind at ease.

On the moving day itself, there was good communication to let me know about a delay due to a previous booking over running. When the team arrived, the loading process was smooth and seamless.

Unloading at the other end was fast and efficient and all my belongings were handled with care.

I’d definitely use Happy2Move again in the future and highly recommend them!

Start to finish we were so happy with our experience with Happy 2Move. Their customer service is excellent, with clear quick responses and exceptional flexibility. We had the packaging and moving package and it was well worth every penny. The team was timely, professional and friendly. They did an excellent job packing out entire flat, dissembling furniture and then moving us over and assembling it again. We couldn't be happier about our experience. Would strongly recommend.

[15th December 2023] The team at Happy-2-Move have something special. Right attitude, right people, right energy in approaching customer jobs and needs. Manny and the team helped me move my 2-bed flat from London to Edinburgh - this process was transparent, fast, efficient. Even though I did majority of the packing by myself, on both ends of the job, I was impressed with the extraction and delivery efforts. There were no service lifts, some heavy pieces, and plenty of stairs. The team's truck was traceable, and they setup everything with a smile on their face and a spring in their step, even taking the time to rebuild my bedframe. It was really pleasant having these guys fulfil my move. I would recommend them to anyone.

The moving process - from getting the initial quotes through to the moving day - was incredibly easy and professional. Everyone I communicated with, on email and in person, were fantastic. I especially wish to commend the moving team, Martin and Dominic, they were truly excellent and super nice guys, very reassuring.

I’ve been using these guys since Manni opened the company over a decade ago and they have never let me down in any way. Fast, efficient, competent and lovely chaps. They moved me over half a dozen times and not a single issue to report! A++++ all round!

Manny and his team were such a pleasure to deal with. They were efficient but cautious and very respectful of all my items packed and stored for me and sent me photos of my storage unit immediately. I would definitely recommend Happy 2 move for anyone looking to move home or make space in their homes for new belongings.

Zoe was really helpful and efficient when I called up for a quote. Two men arrive within the specified time. They were friendly, very polite and and moved my large piece of furniture quickly.

Everything excellent…. The customer care team were friendly and accommodating in setting up the removal . The removal team were also friendly , very punctual , respectful of items and efficient . Our removal went very smoothly thanks to them

The service was amazing from the beginning, Rebecca answered all my questions. On the day of the move Peter and Chris were really kind and even helped me figure out how to get access to the gate that blocks the road. They were really quick and efficient, will hire them again if I ever need to move!

Stan and Tomek (? not sure of correct spelling) were utterly outstanding.
Stan was particularly impressive in that he really paid attention to everything I explained to him and made absolutely sure that I would be able to have access to the important things I will need while my things are in storage.
Every inch of the storage unit was utilised, floor to ceiling. In terms of organisation it's a thing of beauty!
I would absolutely recommend Happy 2 Move without hesitation.

This company is superb!
I found them to be polite, yet relaxed straight away.
Then they cracked on in a very professional way.
My stuff was loaded very quickly but with care and they obviously had a good system in place.
All was then off loaded in the same professional manner and with very good nature.
I highly recommend them!
