They were absolutely fantastic. I needed a very last-minute order, which they promptly arranged. Communication was excellent the whole time. I emailed back and forth with multiple people, and they were all up-to-date about what is going on with my order.
GLS messed up the delivery, but they straightened it out and even reprinted the few cups that were damaged in shipping. The cups themselves are beautiful too. Really professional, I recommend them to anyone needing custom festival cups!

Happy Cups picked up an order that was going horribly wrong with another company, and time was fast running out before our charity BagYard Ultra event. Professional, so easy to work with and our cups arrived days before the event (when I had been looking at them arriving post event the way it had been going...!). We will definitely be using them again, have already recommended them to others, and will continue to do so. Thanks Happy Cups, you certainly made us at School in a Bag very happy :)

Honestly the best customer service I have ever experienced. All my communications with happy cups were responded to within an hour - even outside of office hours, the staff were endlessly helpful, even when my lack of experience of designing meaning they had to take me through the process in detail.
They also had the lowest minimum order of any company I looked at whilst having a low unit price, making my desired short run affordable.
The whole process was faultless and the printing was excellent - I am now looking for reasons to have more cups printed!

I was recommended Happy Cups whilst struggling to get some very last minute paper cups made for my managing directors birthday event. After countless companies said it wasn't possible - Happy Cups came to the rescue, and with time to spare! Not only this but eco-friendly ones too and UK based which is always a bonus!
