I never received this parcel. I do not know how to email I phoned & your recording ran out I got my son to email you when he visited also my daughter. This parcel was never in safe box that cannot be seen from road early that day when I was out. The parcel I did received Postman knocked said he sorry he never delivered earlier! Card with no info was in letter box just “black bin” written. The photo you sent of parcel was not in my box when I looked that day. At time I thought there was just the one that day. Diff postman earlier. I annoyed at no response whatsoever when I rang you.
