A great introduction to chess for little ones. I skipped the very simple games (for a 7 year old) and went straight to the more amusing ones that introduce them, one by one, to the rules for each piece.

This disappointed me. I had read the advertising thoroughly and understood that there would be simple, early strategies for young players. It is not at all; it explains the moves of each piece on the chessboard slowly but nothing beyond that. I cannot return the item because I opened the box. I quickly saw it was not what we wanted. I am hoping to give it away to a family that will use it.
