I like the designs. But I am not able to purchase or search through the online shop properly because theres this extremly annoying "10% for newsletter" pop up window, that can not be closed and that pops up every 10 seconds after reloding the page. This is stupidly programmed, if theres not even an "x" to close the pop up window!

I placed my order in February. It's now June and I haven't received a single sock. It's been so long that the tracking number has expired. The company claims both that they thought I received the order, AND that they issued me a refund, but that's completely false. I feel like I'm being trolled. Steer clear of this sham of a company!

Charged 39% extra (on top of what I paid to Happy Socks) in customs fees - even Happy Socks website said such fees would not apply. This kind of misinformation is not acceptable. It's not worth it for UK customers to order from this company.

I placed an order on 29th April and still haven't received anything.
I am unable to track the order because no tracking number has been provided.
I have emailed happysocks twice and have not received any response.
Lesson learned... read reviews before you buy anything!!

I orderded with standard delivery, 5-6 days delivery time. Now 13 days later I have still not received any package. Unclear where the package is. last 2 weeks status from Deutche Post is "Arrival at importing country". Horrible experience, sad on nice products, but will avoid this in the future

Ordered a pair of socks, was not there when they delivered it. The only thing I can see is that the package was unsuccesfully delivered and there is no way to contact happysocks or the third party delivery company to get any information on the product or refund.

Response: I did not receive a mail from bpost. I was only able to track the parcel on Deutshe post which gave me no information on pick up point. Its unfortunate to have to come here in order to have a response to my issues. Would be better to integrate such issues in your chat.

I paid 6 euro extra to have the order in 2-3 days otherwise 5-6days. I needed the present exactly on the 3th day. Just after payment plus 2 days I received a confirmation with only in the email written instead of whrn paying;
2-3 days is only from when it leaves the warehouse not from the day of purchase.

I have bought a lot of socks in the last few years from various companies. Happy socks look nice but do not seem to last long. They tend to tear easily into big holes just above the heel. This has not happened with the other brands.

We work hard to ensure that our socks are of the highest quality possible. However, the life span can vary depending on the care and handling of your Happy Socks.
For our regular, sneaker, dressed, and kids socks, we recommend a washing temperature of 40°C. When caring for your socks avoid bleaching and ironing. Even though our socks are durable, they will last longer if they are kept out of the tumble dryer.
When putting on your brand new pair of Happy Socks, please take the time to cut the thread on the label with a pair of scissors instead of ripping it off as this will damage the socks.
Please send us a picture of the quality issue of your Happy Socks along with your order number to Happy Socks so that we can review the product.

Firstly almost everybody knows how to wash socks looks after them etc. Few people are stupid enough to rip a new pair apart. I just binned my defective socks and put it down to bad luck. I have other pairs of happy socks that are fine. Clearly they vary in quality. This is just a standard reply to avoid criticism.

Ordered as a gift for my wife 1st of March with fast delivery. Didn't arrive within one working day as advertised (Don't trust what they say with delivery times.)
As a result no birthday gift during our holiday. Came back 7 days later to find out it still hasn't even been received by DPD.
I wanted to reward the brand by ordering on their own website. I should've known better and ordered at a reseller so I could get it reliably.
Will not buy again, very dissapointed
