We've always found the staff at Harbour Holidays to be really friendly and professional, both on the phone and when I've popped into the office. Any queries have been dealt with immediately.
Just back from another lovely family holiday in Padstow. We generally book Mary's Flat, although we have stayed at other property over the years. We love this property & the balcony is a definite bonus along with the parking.
It's great being able to book Sandy's Flat next door too, but on this occasion my adult son stayed in Mary's Flat with us & my adult daughter and friends booked a cottage (through Harbour Holidays) in Duke St. Both properties were exactly as described & we were all very happy with our choice.
My only very slight concern is that a Ring doorbell has been installed at Mary's Flat. There's no mention of this in the property description. I'm not sure how the Ring doorbell is set up, but I really don't like the idea of being watched & listened into if I'm sunbathing or having a BBQ on the patio. The weather wasn't good enough for sunbathing or BBQ on the patio this year, so I didn't raise this with Harbour Holidays. Just as an aside, there is some new decor that doesn't fit in with the general light airy seaside feel of the rest of the property (dark lampshades, dark pictures etc) - really didnt affect our holiday though.
Would have no hesitation in booking through Harbour Holidays again, and Mary's Flat will always be our 1st choice property.

Just spent a week in Honey Cottage, Padstow and couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodation or location. Honey Cottage is very comfortable and well equipped - we found everything we could have needed in the kitchen.
The property is very clean and well maintained and we loved the period features. The surprise welcome pack was a lovely touch.
Honey Cottage is very close to the centre of town, and easy walk to the harbour, camel trail, Rick Stein's restaurants & cafes.
We would definitely recommend Honey Cottage & Harbour Holidays to others and we were only sorry that we couldn't stay longer!

Enjoyed our stay at the coach house again, had an issue with the washing machine and was unable to use it but that’s one of those things that can’t be helped.
It’s not for everyone’s taste but we like it and it’s handy for the beach and that’s what you’re paying for. If you’re wanting 5 star quality look elsewhere, it’s basic and reasonably clean and is ideal for families with pets who aren’t too fussy!

Easy booking and great communication. Property was as described and well presented with an added bonus of a welcome pack and sea view. Would happily recommend Harbour Holidays and the property for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Padstow

This house is a very well furnished and well equipped property in the heart of Padstow, approx 10 minute walk to the harbour.
The house was clean and tidy on arrival and had a nice welcome pack on arrival with a bottle of wine, coffee pods and milk (albeit the milk was out of date)
Our only gripe about the property is the car parking situation, the road only allows for parking on one side of the road so its basically a first come first parked kind of situation, there's plenty of street parking nearby but you may be a 2 of 3 minute walk from the house.
But aside from parking overall experience was very good.

Have used Harbour holidays for many years and they've been very good.
We stayed at Stowaway this time which had fantastic views from the garden and rear bedroom. Minor issues such as shaving adaptor and bulb were sorted out promptly. House was well equipped. Only downside was the house wasn't cleaned to the normal standard when we arrived.

We stayed in The Sail Loft in Padstow for the second time so we knew it would be small and basic as reflected in the price.
The lounge area doesn't seat 4 people and is small and dark .
When we arrived we discovered the shower was broken , this was fixed very quickly with a replacement shower but it should have been checked before we arrived . The cleaning was not of a high standard , dirty dining table , rusty uncleaned microwave and lots of long standing cobwebs . The mattress in the top bedroom was very uncomfortable and badly needs replacing .
I reported all of this while we were there . Harbour holidays sent the plumber very quickly but they seemed disinterested in the rest of our comments, saying they would reminded the cleaners to check more carefully and report the mattress to the owners . My point is this should all have been done before we arrived . Yes it's cheap and basic but it should be clean and comfortable.
We love Padstow and have stayed many times before with this company but will think twice before using them again .

2nd stay at Pengarth. Had a great time, position of the house is perfect for a beach holiday!!

Impressed with harbour holidays. Used them twice now and excellent every time. Accommodation were good, had to use plumber call out and was there in a few hours. App is really good, tells you everything you need to know. Would recommend

Amazing house and location, lovely welcome pack. Would benefit from leaving a mop in a dog friendly house, especially when it’s wet outside.

We have used Harbour Holidays for the last 10 years. They have a great range of properties, although we have mostly used The Forge cottage. The property is always clean on arrival. The booking and pre travel information is always smooth and timely. I’m sure we will be booking again!👍

We always book with Harbour Holidays as they're friendly, professional and really helpful. Just had 2 weeks at 7 Glynn Road and it couldn't have been better. Ideal property for the family and the garden was perfect for the dogs. The bonus was having parking at the house. We noticed a couple of things that needed fixing for our stay but, following a call to Harbour Holidays, this was dealt with immediately. Excellent customer service.

The views from the windows are incredible. Lovely comfortable house that worked well for a three generation holiday. 10 minute walk into Padstow town. 5 minutes to Rick Stein fish & chips, 5 minutes to the Cam Trail. We arranged for a supermarket delivery which was very convenient. Could have done with a few handrails and grab handles for older generation, but we managed. The quality of the accommodation is good. We are thinking of booking it for next summer.

We had a wonderfully relaxing week staying in Gulland on Padstow's North Quay. This is a well equipped apartment in a fantastic location. Great as a base for exploring or just sitting in the window seats and watching and listening to the ebb and flow of life around the harbour. We liked it so much we've booked again for next year.

Harbour Holidays are a good team, a friendly bunch, knowledgeable and efficient. Beardies in Constantine is a great spot, so too The Red House above Harlyn. Have been booking through them for our Summer holidays for many years.
