The business serviced an outboard motor for me and claimed in took 3hrs labour. I had used the business before and been charged 2hrs labour for exactly the same service. The mechanic who did the service told me it took 2 hrs. I have asked for timesheets or other evidence but had no response.
I conclude that I was cynically overcharged. It leaves a bitter taste in the mouth.
