God awful shipping. Delivery partners tracking is abysmal and faulty. Dont buy here unless you want to wait for weeks, if it will ever arrive.

I don’t usually leave reviews but as i was super skeptical when i ordered from this site due to the bad reviews. In the end i got a great Patagonia fleece at a price thats much less than anywhere else. Yes, the shipping takes a few more days but for the price its worth it.

Unprofessionalism at its highest
Made an order weeks ago. Delivery date was supposed to be by 11 December, however, my order is still stuck with Hardloop team which totally ignores my inquiries for updated delivery dates. Super unprofessional.

Ordered 30/11 - no update since: please take contact!
I ordered on 30/11. It was going to be delivered between 7/12 and 8/12. Today still no delivery, also no mail. After mail to customer service, no response received. After attempted telephone contact nothing: no phone is answered. Can someone please contact me about my order? I am leaving on a trip next week and need this order!!!! If you guys can't deliver, please give me a call, refund my money and I'll order somewhere else. :(

I placed an order on the 29.10
I placed an order on the 29.10; I didn't receive any confirmation or delivery details.
On the 3.11 still no correspondence so I sent an email asking for info through their website.
7.11 sent another email saying I hadn't received any answer or info.
9.11 have written another email today asking for information.
As of now I haven't received anything other then an automated response, absolutely no customer service has been provided and I'm not even sure I will see what I have ordered or the money I have sent. Not happy all
After writing this review I now have had an email saying my package is on the way. I change my review from 1 to a 2 star review, as there was still no communication till after I wrote experience review.
