And the tshirts are so comfortable. Hoodies too. Designs are amazing!

Initially, I purchased their posters at events such as EGX and have been hooked ever since, and as time moved on, I found myself buying more and more of their products to this day, the most recent being the God of the Sun t-shirt (front-only). I can safely say that one of my favorite things about the company is that they are always looking to push boundaries with their designs and create a unique image for their brand that any of its fans can understand and appreciate.

Personally, I think the quality of all of their products is fantastic, starting with the shirts, which are all fantastically designed; some of my absolute favorites are Dream Eater, Ruin, and Raikiri. The shirt material is really good, and the image quality is brilliant. I've had my Raikiri shirts since October 26, 2019, and there is very little fade on the shirt's design. None of my clothing has developed any holes due to poor material quality; only my stupidity

The posters are much better quality than the standard paper-like quality, which is really flimsy and doesn't maintain its structure. I've had my posters since 2018, and they're all still in incredible condition.

As for customer service, when I ordered the wrong shirt design type (a normal design, not the front-only design I was after) by mistake, they always adjusted my order with no issues, and when the postman ripped my poster, they replaced it with no problem. The owner of the company even sold me enamel pins that were an event exclusive from 2018 that he had spare; I'm just missing the banana Aizawa enamel pin to complete my collection. And as for the polypropylene plastic bags that the shirts come in, they are very strong and recyclable, meaning they are much better for helping the environment. And never have I opened a package from Hard Time Clothing that smelled of vinegar. I love this company and its community and will continue to support it for as long as I am able to.

Lovely apparel company to buy from, consistent quality if not improving themselves where they can. Despite the increase in price, this is matched with quality in the garment which means that it will last longer and always happy to do pay more if it means my shirts and other tops last longer than the average high street brand.

Designs have always great and always a good place to get your geek wear from.

I purchased some items from this brand having been keen to do so over the last year however I can honestly say, I WON'T be back again!

Initially, I was so excited to purchase the products from this brand and waited over a month to receive them (pre-order) but was sincerely disappointed with what I received.
The products were sent in some cheap plastic packaging first of all and then when I tried on the products, there was a strong smell of vinegar on all the garments. According to the brand, this is normal and a part of the 'printing' process.

The Tee's themselves have a huge gap between the lower end and the design itself, roughly about 10cm which I wasn't a fan of. Feels like wasted fabric and could learn to utilize the space a bit more.

Quality of products. 2/10
Poor. Cheap looking and felt as though I had bought a tee from Primark, not something that was worth between £25-£30.
The print itself looked faded and not really printed properly, expected better especially considering the price I paid for said products.

What made things worse is the return process. Not only did I have to pay to return the items to the seller, but I'm now being told I have to pay for their postage also (even though they offer Free Delivery on their website).
Here's a tip, don't be scumbags and double charge your customers.
Be courteous and more importantly, improve the quality of your products before you decide to charge £30 upwards for a T-Shirt and £60 for a hoodie.

AVOID THIS BRAND!!!! SPEND Your Money ELSEWHERE!!!!!

I ordered the dream eater t shirt (size small) and am really impressed by the quality of the materiel and the incredible art design (front and back). The company dispatched my order within the 92 hour timeframe (this was after the Christmas rush). I received package updates from the company and Royal Mail. Would recommend to any first time buyers.

The design is absolutely beautiful and I love the art style used on all items from this store. Sweatshirt material is good quality. I’m very happy with my purchase and intend to buy from here again. Shipping took a couple weeks (which is what I expected because I live in the US), but there wasn’t a significant wait time before the order was shipped out and it was easy to track.
