The sent me right away a supposed tracking number that since Feb 15th the little dot don't move it's stuck in the same place today is March 3rd and the little dot it's still in the same place, so I reach out to some girl name Bianca via email and they respond in days, so I was told wait for the tracking to update but it still don't move. This is a total joke, not even by courtesy they reach out to their shipping company to find out what's going on, very easy to take people's money but don't comply with the purchase, I'm canceling this order, I'm request my money back. Very bad service. Not happy at all.

After placing an order for a T shirt in their sale, I was informed that the product I had ordered was no longer in stock. They said I could choose any other T shirt from their range as by way of apology! Great customer service and I can highly recommend them as a company! The quality their products are first rate as well as their customer service!
I've only worn their clothes for the last several years and loved it. Recently the last several purchases from them have been an absolute nightmare! My last order I received some guys garage flags and keychains that were supposed to be sent Italy and who knows where my order ended up and I'm in the US! Luckily they shipped my original order free of charge so kudos to them. Today I recieved the Yuuki bundle and these people really shipped a skate deck in a unprotected plastic bag! The bag had a gaping hole in the middle and I was missing my black friday garage flag, my yuuki garage flag, and the Tiffany hardtuned hat. I will emailing them after this review. I don't know what has happened to this company, but I think it's time for me to find another one to rep. I've had other issues with them but they're starting to get larger and it is totally unacceptable, and quite frankly, embarrassing. If hardtuned sees this review I highly suggest you get new warehouse staff or train them properly. I don't care if it's busy or not busy these type of issues should not be happening, especially for the prices that are being charged. A premium product should have premium services, and quite frankly I've gotten better from Walmart and McDonald's.
I don't know how many years I've been looking for custom JDM tuner apparel and accessories like I found on this website. I build my own cars and I've got my BRZ hoodie and let me tell you it's not just a hoodie it's good quality!! I've washed and washed it, it doesn't ball up, and it doesn't fade. It's not just a picture on the back or just a picture in the front, it describes the engine/ car on the back, it has the logo down the sleeve, and on the hood. Their merchandise is really awesome I will continue to buy from you. Hey I need more apparel to match my other two cars 😁

Ordered 3 pullovers, the print on one of them it's full of brown specks, clearly stained. For 60 euros it's insane. No quality control.
The first product that arrived had some defects, but the amazing customer service got it fixed up and new items ordered and delivered immediately. Cannot rate these guys highly enough! Been a customer since 2015 and still have original products from that order!
Purchased the LED strip they advertise on instagram and had some issues after a couple of weeks, messaged their customer support team and Alice was extremely helpful and sent out a replacement right away.
Trainers sizes are not accurate unfortunately they are for length just the pair I bought was pretty narrow and they you have to pay shipping charge to get them returned and also pay shipping charge for getting them delivered they look nice though its shame

Bought a jacket from them but it had a rip where the wrist exits but they were quick to reply to my message and sent out a replacement which I received a few days ago and it was perfect exactly what I ordered, product was good and exactly as shown would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the rip

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent order I placed through your online store. I ordered a pair of sneakers in size 6 – the size I consistently wear – but upon receiving them, it was clear they were significantly smaller, more comparable to a size 4.
Due to the incorrect sizing, I returned the shoes on the same day, covering the return shipping cost myself, which amounted to $19. However, I was surprised and disappointed to see that I was only refunded $116, despite having originally paid $126.90 for the shoes. In total, I am now out $29.90, which includes both the missing refund amount and the return shipping I had to cover due to your error.
This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I expected better from a reputable brand, especially when the error was clearly not on my part. I respectfully request a full refund of the remaining $10.90 for the product, and ideally a reimbursement of the $19 return shipping fee, considering the mistake originated from your end.

60% increase in sales price overnight, thought i'd look at a pair of sneakers from HardTuned, put it in the basket at 62usd (54 euros) and wanted to order the next morning but all of a sudden it was priced at 89 euros. That would be an increase of over 60% sales price in less than half a day. You do HardTune your prices, shame on you for taking customers for fools

Garbage sneaker made of the cheapest, thinnest plastics. Fits 2 sizes too small and now I have to cover the return shipping costs halfway across the world that's like 1/2 of the purchase (£33.90 of £70) _or_ buy more garbage from them "heavily discounted"? Avoid.

I am impressive with the quality of product they produce and hands down excellent customer service. I emailed them for some instructions at 2pm my time and had a response by 8pm.

Completely useless. Couldn't organize a root in a brothel. Not capable of keeping items in stock. Going off other reviews it looks like they do the same to other people, blaming a glitch in their system for not having the stock. They are more than happy to take your money though. Will never order anything from your trash website again. $50 for a shirt THAT YOU DONT EVEN HAVE IN STOCK, you should be prosecuted for theft. Disgusting.

I ordered 2 large t-shirts and when I received my order, there was one tshirt that was marked in a large bag, but the printed size on the tshirt itself was XL. 100% recommend buying from hard tuned…I order the white gunma shoes about every 4 months or whenever the shoes wear out. Recently one of the shoes came in wrong This rarely happens whenever buying from them but if it does don’t worry because I was able to get help from one of their employees Bianca.
