Scam!!!! Ordered a tool Oct 22 2024.
Waited and waited. Tracking only showed on a china page. The day it said delivered, I went to the pick up location and nothing. I trust the people at the place where it said it was delivered too!. I have had hundreds of parcels delivered there. @@@@DONT BUY FROM THEM@@@@

Products was fine.

This company is another scam site if ordered alone straight from Brax Hardware . They gave me a tracking site that was good for china tracking only. Its been well over a month and still nothing. Now even the tracking company has nothing. scam stay along ways away from them.

Has anyone else got a tankless water heater from then ? I got one almost 400 dollars and it says it will make your power bill over a hundred dollars cheaper well that is not so it has made my power bill 200 dollars more a month then what it was so not only did I waste money on the item I am still paying for it every month with my power bill and will have to spend more to go get a regular water heater now

SCAM. I am going to sue them.

Do not trust this company. Shady and will not reverse a credit card.

Sadly they are a scam. I never got the cat food I ordered ordered June 21, 2021. I'm now working on filling a claim and trying to get my money back. "Scampulse" is another site I found that has around 23 people reporting Sly Hardware as a scam, at least one, is just like cat food my story!

Despite the negative feedbacks that I’ve read, I still ordered from their online store because they have one particular type of screws that I am looking for. Guess what happened? The delivery took forever, and it wasn’t even the right screws. Will never order again.

Very Bad service, order with the missing item and sub-standard quality supplied. (Replace with lower quality from original order). Took them 2 months to refund and even raise their voice at me during a phone conversation. Accusing me of leaving a bad review and filing a case with Paypal. When none of the telephone number provided is working always on voice mail and emails not replied, what should a customer do? Don't buy from them even they are the cheapest. Not worth it.

DO NOT USE!!! I placed an order with Hardware Online Store the first week of February 2020. They charged my card for the order but never sent the order. I followed up with them the first week of March 2020 to find out the status of the order, was told that they show the order placed but they could not tell me if it had shipped or not. They said I needed to speak to the manager but they were not in, I would need to call back. I called back a couple days later to get the same response, the manager was not in I would need to call back. They did not know what day the manager would be in. I called back a third time the following week and was told the manager was not in and they could not give me an answer. After waiting 6 weeks for the order to arrive and not being able to get a hold of the manager that was never there, I asked for a refund. I was told I had to speak with the manager to get a refund. In the end, I placed a fraud claim with my credit card company and got the money back that way. Do not use Hardware Online Store, you will regret it.

I should have read the reviews before i ordered, they didnt send me my entire order and what they did send was thrown in the box without any packaging material so there were broken items too. Two MONTHS later and still no replacement or refund.

Do not buy from this store. They immediately charged my account and here it is 3 weeks later and I still have not received my merchandise. I called the first time and the girl answering the phone said that I would have to call Monday and talk to another person. I called today and the same person answered the phone and said that due to the Coronavirus, no one is in the office. This place is a scam. Do not order from here.

This business doesn't deliver anything. I would say it's a fraudulent criminal enterprise if I were allowed to make accusations. I can prove they took my money and never delivered anything. They don't answer the phone or email. Do not do business with these people. You will be robbed.

Purchased an item and has said processing for a week now. I emailed them to get status and no reply. There is no phone number to call.
