Mr. Rashad Russell went above and beyond with his customer service. I needed a hinge that had been discontinued; Rashad had me email him pictures of the hinge and promptly found a replacement. I informed Mr. Russell that he provided probably the best customer service I’ve experienced in years. Professional, helpful, and friendly - he seriously deserves credit (and/or a raise!). The hinge ended up being a perfect fit. I will definitely be recommending your company, and telling folks to ask for Rashad.

Hardware Source had in stock hinges that replace the Grass 830s. Bought a pair for testing then purchased 50. Now have a blum very nice motion soft closed hinges!

The product I needed and ordered via a link from Hardware Source was not correct. I later found that the plate I need ed to replace a broken one is no longer available. The pictures on the website did not match the products available. Surprisingly, the plate I need is still shown in sets including the entire hinge assembly.
