Have ordered from Hillview Hardy Plants on two occasions, both times were a good experience. You can pay either online, or over the phone once you have submitted your order. The plants arrived in excellent condition, they didn't ship the plants for a few days due to the exceptionally hot weather, which shows that they care about their service. Very happy with my plants.

Plants arrived in superb condition, they look very healthy and they were brilliantly packaged.

DHL was 2 hours late but that is not Hardy's fault.

Speedy delivery of top quality hellebores for a new area in my garden. The first time I’ve ordered online from this company although when I lived in Hampshire I would visit the gardens, their plants were always very healthy.

Excellent service and lovely healthy plants. I ordered 5 lysimachia ephemerum and they arrived quickly and carefully packed. Really good sized plants and they took off immediately. Very impressed. Will use again.

Once again, a box of plants has arrived safely here in Fife, despite the long journey up north. As always, they were strong & healthy, and carefully packed. This must take a great deal of work. I find Hardys very impressive, as they never allow their standards to drop.

I bought a Japanese anemone on line from them a month ago, it was clearly dead when it arrived and I sent an email to them with pictures and also sent the same through their website. That was a month ago and despite following up and telephoning them I have not had a reply. That’s not very good service and I’m an experienced gardener. All I want is my money back as it was expensive to buy or a replacement. I’m only putting up the review so others don’t get dealt with in the same way.

I received my wish list of plants as a birthday present and really didn’t expect them to arrive in time but the order was very kindly expedited and they were delivered the day before. The plants are well grown and healthy and carefully packed so that they arrived in great shape. I was delighted with them. Now to plant....
