Paslode

This is the first time using the company for a Paslode nail gun service and repair. The gun is about 4 years old and starting to mis-fire. Honestly, i am blown away by the level of service! From the very start, communication was prompt and a thorough explanation of what would happen was explained. The parcel was collected from my site address and is due to arrive (i am typing this on a saturday) on Monday. While I have not yet received the item, i have no concerns whatsoever.

Meanwhile, Chris and Ciaran kept me updated with the repairs/ service and how much it would cost, a small amount of £97 plus VAT. Again, blown away by how good the service is, an absolute pleasure to talk everyone there.

The process is simple, you fill out a form online, they call you to discuss the service and/ or repair, the item gets collected. Once recieved their end, they inspect the item, call you to discuss and thats it. So easy!!
I am that impressed, I have arranged for another tool to be sent for servicing next week.

This is a family run business, and it shows! An absolute pleasure to have found them. Highly recommendable.

I bought a second hand paslode im90i nail gun and unfortunately it wasn’t firing. I found this company on Google. The whole process is incredibly easy so don’t be put of by locations. You ring them, tell what is wrong and they send a courier and pick up the item, they call you back and tell you what is wrong and the cost. They fix it and send it back. I don’t usually put up reviews but this is such a good service and the guys very helpful I had to. Professional, knowledgeable and excellent service. Thank you ☺️

Good communication and delivery was on the next day with time slot given on the morning specified 1hr deliver window so no waiting around waiting all day.

ordered a couple of paslode guns, they were very helpful and delivery was very quick.

Recently sent my paslode up for a service. It's come back looking like a brand new gun paid a bit more than I normally do for a service but it's worth the weight in gold will definitely use again in the future. Even the turnaround was rapid being in kent and the company based in Scotland was surprised at how quick I got the gun back. Well done lads 👌
