The best in the business! I had a face and neck lift, as well as upper and lower blepharoplasty and I am absolutely delighted with my choice of surgeon and clinic. From the first consultation, through to my surgery and subsequent follow-up visits, Dr Kremer and all clinic staff demonstrated the utmost professionalism, care and attentiveness. Dr Kremer explained the full facial rejuvenation procedure in great detail, answering all of my questions and ensuring I had realistic expectations about the procedure and outcome. On the day of surgery, I was fully relaxed and confident that I was in capable hands. With the help of the excellent aftercare and guidance provided, my recovery was more comfortable and smooth than I would anticipated; the results really do speak for themselves. I very highly recommend Dr Kremer. I was anxious at the initial consultation, but he took the time to listen to my concerns fully, explain in great detail what could be achieved and manage my expectations, accordingly, making me feel completely at ease. From then on my experience with Dr Kremer, his assistant Antoinette who is brilliant and his team/staff on my operation day have been excellent throughout, with everything conducted in the most professional, caring, empathetic and supportive way possible. My recovery went smoothly and I always felt that any contact I made for advice was responded to speedily and reassuringly. It has been 6 months since the Face and Neck procedure. Friends and family have told me how well I look but they cannot put their finger on why, which was my biggest desire and achieved aim.
