Purchased an item (Womanizer Classic 2) on Saturday 19th from Oxford Street store. Pleasant experience and interaction with sales assistant. However, was unable to test the item I purchased only the deluxe but was assured it was of a high standard. Whilst I appreciate the quality may be subjective, the sound of the item is like a lawn mower on a summers day, not an intimate item. The overwhelming noise was never mentioned to me and having spent £109 I am utterly disappointed not only in the quality but the failure by the salesperson to disclose this very loud distracting noise. I am now considering raising a dispute with my card provider as this item is not as described, not even on the box does it indicate the noise. Actually on the box it says "subtle design and a whisper-quiet performance." It is louder than the television...absolutely insane. Unfortunately unable to provide minus stars.

This was my first time shopping here and the whole experience was an unpleasant one. Trying to checkout was difficult to the point I almost gave up and once I had, my discount failed to be accounted for.

Customer service did get back and sorted this out and I was credited the difference. Then 1 of the toys arrived rusty, again customer were friendly and arranged a returns. However I had to prompt them to get my refund some weeks later.

I have shopped with other similar retailers online (Lovehoney and Ann summers) who have been far more efficient when it comes to customer satisfaction so unfortunately I won’t be returning here.

Best online purchase! I placed the order Saturday afternoon and early Sunday morning it was on my doorstep at the other end of the country. Often, I resort to using Amazon because they are the most reliable for delivery speed & efficiency and yet, I’d much rather go to an independent business who pays their taxes properly. So, to find Harmony and receive such a five-star service on my very first order, is outstanding! I will definitely be back.
