Zero customer service - avoid!
When I sent it back within a few days asking for a refund as it was too big for my ear, they never replied. Eventually I had to get my credit card company to get my money back. Beware!

Absolutely horrible experience
Absolutely horrible experience. Would not recommend buying from the site. Almost think I have been scammed. Careful not to lose your money like I did!! Place my order on 27/04. Nothing has arrived yet. Followed up with them on 06/05, 15/05 and they totally ignored me. They got back to me on 22/05 saying they had shipped it. It hasn’t arrived and it’s 1 June now.

Well, I dislike that I had to pay additional custum fees so it costed me more than expected, and I also wasn't sure when my package will arrive, I didn't get text message day before, but it's not big deal.
The toy itself has slight demage on the back that doesn't prevent me from using it properly but I wish it's not there. Material could be a bit better, but it's understandable that it would then cost more. Toy is very versetile and I can think of many ways to use it, I don't think that it will last me long time but I'm sure that I will have quite fun time using it.

Attentive and quality.
The items are quality, and when ordering I forgot to add an item, instead doing it in a separate order. They noted this, and put them together appling the fast delivery to both. Such attentiveness is rare, and deserves praise.

Hygiene? What hygiene?
What they don't tell you on their website is that most of their items are opened and security tagged for display in their store - so they break the hygiene seal and re-tape the box, leaving no way to tell if your item has been tampered with.
