The products are what I expected
The products are what I expected, delivery time was rather quick.
The only downside is for such a small order I didn't need to recevie a box. I believe a bubble envelope would suffice. Nonetheless, happy with the shopping at this store.

I would like to say a big thank you for the great the customer service and overall treatment I received at Harmoney Sex Store in Oxford Street.
The customer service was second to none and the products I bought are great! 😍
All the staff that helped with with my purchases were lovely, but I'd like to write a special thank you to Christian, Jamie (the menager) and Katie. These 3 were very helpful and pleasant to speak to. Great people!

Poor quality items
Poor quality items, items arrived without all the advertised extras / spares, however if you have removed them from the packaging you can’t return them !, so you have no idea there are bits missing until you open the product !! First and last time with this company
