false advertising, punishable by USA laws.

DON'T ORDER. I ordered a purse and the description did not match the item that arrived. I have been getting the run around for weeks and now it was over $50 to return.

Scam! Raincoat ordered bears very little resemblance to the image on their website. It is made of very cheap material and most definitely not water or shower proof. It's value could be put at a 5th of the price paid. This is a company to be avoided.

This company is a totally scam, the return policy is just not true, the items are nothing compared with the website! Keep away from this company save your money and energy

I ordered a dress and it was nothing like the picture online, it looks cheap and the fabric is awful.

Do not buy!!!! I ordered coat from this website and at first I waited 3 weeks for delivery, when it arrived the colour was a bit different, label shows some Chinese company not Harrington Sisters or some European company. When I asked to accept my return (emailed same day when arrived) I was told that they can exchange it for a bigger size or if I want to I can return and pay for international shipping (approx $30-40, when cost cost £60)

When I emailed back that I still want to return the coat I got reply:

The most concerning is that they noticed increase in list packages… I believe company don’t want to receive the package and therefore it is “lost in transit”
