Identified a position where I my skills and experience were spot on. Had a call and they seemed impressed with my background and said that they could find me something. After not even being shortlisted for the role, I received no feed-back and I was completely ignored, my calls/ emails were not even responded to. Looks like the role has not even been filled yet. Very unprofessional and unreliable.
Wasted my time with a cover letter, a phone call that didn't ring on time, and then, when not shortlisted, asked for reasons via email. Since then, radio silence and ghosting. What a very unprofessional hiring company.
