False promises
This is actually about their aftercare. It is non-existent. If I could give a minus I would. Their sales pitch is so full of promise with all the years of guarantees. I was charged for 5dys work but only took 3dys. I asked for a refund but got no reply, only a look. Yet they say if it takes longer we would be charged. When I started to see the chrome wearing off the mono tap & click-clack waste. They told me the company had gone bust and would have to pay for new replacements. I bought from them but I'd have been better buying from B&Q.
