I bought my son’s first telescope here and delivery was extremely fast. Product arrived but appeared to be missing a screw on one of the accessories. It was only a small part and there is always the chance it was lost in the boxes and packaging. I raised the concern with Harrison Telescopes and without any chasing from me or pushing back from them, they offered to send a new screw part out. It’s only a small thing, but this response shocked me as it’s a level of customer service I thought no longer existed in England. I will definitely be buying all our future scoping products from Harrison Telescopes.

I just bought a Smart Telescope from this company. Communication was very good and Delivery was super-quick (next day).
An accessory I bought with it turned out not to be suitable and they helped me exchange it for a different item. Great service, highly recommended. I will definitely purchase from them again.

As a total newcomer to telescopes and astrophotography I asked Harrison Telescopes for advice regarding a relatively expensive smart telescope. Ed very kindly and very honestly pointed me to one which was approximately 1/3rd of the price of the one I was considering. He told me that the one that he had suggested would do exactly the same as the one I was looking at. This obviously cost him money and he didn't have to do it but he did. I must add that the telescope he suggested which I ordered was delivered within 36 hours of ordering
it. I had it in the garden last night, the first cloudless night since I took delivery and quite frankly it is exceptional. Harrison Telescopes go far and away beyond the extra mile.

Emailed the company on a Sunday afternoon for a bit of advice on starting to try a bit of Astro photography. Had a reply the same day answering my query and pointing me in the right direction. Order the part suggested and it arrived within 2 days. Operator error meant I could not work out how to fit the part so another email sent, within 15 minutes I had a reply where they gently pointed out the error of my ways and hey presto my journey to Astro photography can begin. Only complaint is they have not stopped it raining.
Great service will definitely be using them again!

Whilst hunting for a suitable tripod and EQ mount, I can't across this company. They're good communicators and you get to speak to a human being. I ordered a combined tripod and mount and, for little cost, it was sent the next day. I'm impressed by the products and the service from this company.

I ordered an item on Wednesday afternoon and it arrived the next morning. I live in Anglesey.

I am extremely happy with Harrison telescope very good communication and very good service the celestron starpointer pro arrived on time easy to use and works perfectly. I have found that the celestron star pointer pro is better than the red dot finder.

The people at Harrison have gone far and beyond helping and supplying some broken parts from my skywatcher AZ telescope always responsed to emails in a few hours.

Brilliant service. I've been after a SeeStar S30 for a while. Out of stock everywhere, I had signed up for stock updates on multiple sites.

Harrison Telescopes contacted me via email on Thursday to say they'd received a small shipment and asked if I was interested. I replied, and within 10 minutes they sent a link to purchase.

It was dispatched that day, and arrived the next morning (Friday.)

Bought my telescope from Harrison Telescopes and was so impressed with their service. Order Sunday and delivered today ( Tuesday 28th) super packaged and the telescope was assembled with ease. Emailed Harrison's with a query about the order and their reply was quick and clear which put my mind at ease. Many Thanks for that. Ordered on 26/1124 9am. Telescope was delivered next day 2pm.

Purchased Astro Essentials Eyepiece Case. This was delivered the following day! Well packed and a first class service.
The case is good quality and the foam inner is cleanly cut.
I may need to order another!

I can't praise Harrison Telescopes highly enough. I've bought a 10 inch dobsonian from them and the before and after sales care has been top notch. Have now bought a few other things from them and every experience has been excellent. Thank you Ed and the team.

The service and speed of delivery is shocking good. I placed my order and in less then 30 minutes I have confirmation staring my delivery had been dispatched. I was expecting delivery to arrive in 5 days (2 being due to weekend) but the next day my new equipment was here. I cannot be happier. Thank you

I had a very small problem with a purchased tripod which was dealt with expediently. I could tell that every effort was made to do so. Clearly customer service is important here.

For anything telescope related I recommend Harrison Telescopes. Very knowledgable and always received a response promptly. Any queries I had were answered. The quality of the telescope that arrived was superb. Though I did not know how to use it, Harrison Telescopes were very helpful in guiding me.
