‘Y’ support stakes
Prompt answering on phone. Friendly, knowledgable agent. Fast delivery, well packed goods. Been ordering various sizes of ‘y’ support stakes for years. Bit disappointed the useful short 1 foot ones no longer available.

Sound product and understandable instructions
Good product delivered on time.The espalier frame is robust and easy to erect.

Excellent service, useful product
Very efficient speedy service and products I purchased (popadome crop protection tunnels) generally well designed and functional. However, end hoops of tunnel tend to fall inwards. I have added a guy rope each end to try to rectify this, but maybe something for designers to reconsider.

Great customer service!
I contacted this company for advice on netting as I had never bought this product before, the lady I spoke with was so very helpful and arranged to send some samples, when they didn’t arrive,I rang her back,she was so nice and helpful and sent out replacements.
