Dear Miss Nunn. Thank you for your feedback and I am very sorry that there was a mixup in providing keys for your arrival. I have spoken to the Owner's housekeeper and she has expressed her profuse apologies for this very unusual oversight. I am glad that the Owner was able to respond quickly to your call upon arrival and hope that you enjoyed the remainder of your visit. We look forward to being able to welcome you back to Harrogate at some time. Kind Regards. The Harrogate Holidays Team.

Booked For Mum and Dad

This cottage was booked by me for my Mum and Dad plus an Aunt and Uncle. Generally they were very pleased with the Gardener's cottage at Littlethorpe. Ideal location for touring Yorkshire and next door to the show at Newby hall that weekend. ( the main reason for their visit.) Faults mentioned were- no mirror/dressing table in second bedroom and secondary glass pane in window was cracked and repaired by tape. Sill looked as though it could of been used as a seat but someone lent on window as no barrier not to.Felt as though it was a lesser quality room.

Dear Mrs Sexton

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on Gardener's Cottage and I am sorry that there were two faults with your room. We take feedback very seriously and I can assure you that I will pass your comments on to the Owners in order that they can be addressed as soon as possible. I hope that this will not discourage you from booking with us in future and we look forward to welcoming you back at some time. Kind Regards. The Team at Harrogate Holidays.

This was a fabulous trouble free holiday

I found The Old Cottage in Knaresborough through the Harrogate Holidays website and could not have asked for a better place for my inlaws and us to stay. It was in a quiet yet very central area which allowed my wife's parents to relax and my wife and I to enjoy the local Inns and restaurants. The cottage was extremely well equiped and very attractively decorated, it could have been a John Lewis showhome. I have already recomended it to family and friends and we are looking to book again for next year. The area is a perfect base for visiting many stunning Yorkshire villages and attractions. We found the local people fantastic and all very helpfull especially the girls in Knaresborough Tourist Information who found us the details of a small church in Walton my father in law attended as a 10 year old boy from a near by orphanage and they also found us a local place to hire a wheel chair. The warden from the church arranged to open the church to allow my father in law to go inside which was amazing for him after 74 years. Thank You Harrogate Holidays you made a big impact on our family.

comfortable & convenient accomodation near to town centre. Thanks.

Visit to Harrogate from 18th to 25th May. Our chosen apartment was the cellar of a large terrace housen nicely adapted as holiday accomodation with private entrance through a back gate into a yard or court. Accomodation simple but adequate & very comfortable with every convenience expected, at a very reasonable price considering it was most convenient for all the facilities of a charming town. As we came by train rather than our car we had no problems getting about and used public transport to go further affield ie. York, Rippon, Knaresborough and Harewood. Would definitely return.
Harrogate Holidays very efficient and all booking and information conducted online.

Happy Harrogate Holiday

We were very happy booking a stay in Yorkshire with Harrogate Holidays. Their website gave a clear and accurate account of the converted granary in both pictures and words. We felt personally cared for by both the owners of the granary and by Harrogate Holidays.
We are very happy to recommend this site for booking holidays in the Harrogate area.

Fantastic!

As we left the main road, we did wonder exactly where we were going, we had not expected the cottage to be so far off the beaten track, but it was wonderful. From the moment we arrived we fell in love with it, we had a warm welcome from the owner which was appreciated and then left to explore. There is absolutely nothing that they had not thought of, a really well stocked cottage. The furnishings were superb, crisp bed linen and fluffy towels. We would definitely return if we visit the area in the future.

The perfect accommodation for a weekend stay in Harrogate

Spent the weekend in the duplex suite with my two daughters. The accommodation was of a very high standard and met all of our needs. It was opposite a lovely park and within easy walking distance of the town centre. I would have no hesitation in staying there again and recommending it to mt friends and family. The number of steps and stairs is something which some people would have to take into consideration as our apartment was on the first floor and also had an internal staircase to the living area.

Smooth booking process with additional assistance on local restaurants etc, good quality accommodation in ideal location.

The accommodation consisted of a two bedroom house situated over four floors. the two bedrooms were spacious of a modern design with excellent ensuite facilities. The bathroom on the top floor had a full size bath and seperate shower.

Everything was clean and very well maintained, with pretty well all you would need to live there permanently.

Our only negative observations are more structural than about quality.
The steps leading to the front door have a drop to the left hand side but there is no safety rail which means the 'drop' is open.
The second observation is that having clearly spent a great deal of time and money getting the interior finish up to a high standard it was disappointing that the windows are only single glazing which lets in all the traffic and outside noise.

Fantastic!

We had a fantastic weekend. Booking the accommodation was easy and we were given all the details we would need. On arriving at the property we were greeted and informed how to use the appliances. Lovely little welcome pack left in the fridge too which kept us going till everyone else arrived! Great location and beautiful house. Could have stayed there forever :)

very Central

Positives First, Good size bedrooms and bathrooms. Property very central for the town and also getting onto other routes out of town. Parking for 2 cars was great too. Furnishing good and beds comfy.
Negatives. Living room was much smaller than it appeared in photo, but adequate for 4, I would suggest 6 would be a tight squeeze! Pans were awful, and we could have done with more cups.
The kitchen sink was dirty and I had to give this a good clean. also I would suggest that the walk in shower needs a good clean as floor felt slimy.

Excellent. Comfortable, high quality, well located accommodation.

We booked an appartment as an alternative to usual bed and breakfast to give us somewhere to return to during the day that was comfortable and near to centre of Harrogate. This accommodation fulfilled these requirements perfectly being located within easy walking distance of the shops and restaurants of Harrogate and also being in a peaceful location off the main routes. The accommodation was furnished and decorated to a high standard and facilities were excellent. Overall a great alternative to B&B and very good value.

You want to be next to Bettys? You got it

Booked for a group of friends and me who are from London (I live locally so know Harrogate well) and can say this is the best located house in Harrogate. The house is furnished to a great standard and immensely comfy.
Everyone who stayed asked for details of how to book the house again so I would say that gives you a good indication of what we thought.

Perfectly located right in Harrogate centre, very well equipped and nice apartment.

The apartment is nice and very well equipped. Just a problem there was a leak in the Jack and Jill shower room but it did not spoil our stay ! As soon as you are out of the house you are right in Montpellier district, near the pubs nd the restaurants, 5 minutes walking from Victoria Shopping Centre and from the Valley Gardens or the Pump Room Museum. We had a lovely stay there and definetely we will come back in this apatment.
