Failure to reply

On 22.08.25, in error i sent an email to Harrogate offices. I didn't have access to my business email and sent it via a private email.

On 26.08.25, I sent a second email. On neither occasion did Harrogate office reply to let me know i had misdirected my email.

On 29.08.25 it came to light. Fortunately, I did not incur any penalties etc from our existing business address.

In January we shall be looking for office space yet based upon harrogate office's failure to reply to our email, ie have professional courtesy, letting us know it was misdirected, we would avoid their services.
