That's when they come up with some excuse to either delay or reject the withdrawal. All in all, this online casino is unreliable. My experience was stressful even though I won €150 on first win when I placed a bet with some bonus. But they totally ruined the first good impression by delaying my withdrawal for half a year!

The most weak casino I do not recommend. it takes away your deounrea quickly, but when you withdraw, look for reasons that you did not load the documents well, so that you can withdraw by another method. I had to wait 2 weeks for him to put in my money.

Yeah no joke they literally don’t pay out sometimes it could be 2 month or never serious I broke even one weekend waited two months for £500

When it comes down to it it's a casino site I've lost most times while playing but it's gambling when you win it's same id carry on as every site but if you wait you'll get paid in about 5 days after your withdrawal some sites pay instantly but its still same temptation to play again it's got plenty of slots and virtual games just as I said before you can win or lose same as any casino

Charged my account higher amount than shown - to a Chinese vendor (charging transaction fee) . Doubled by initial stake and wanted to cash out (no bonus taken) .
Will not allow withdrawal of funds after sending documentation scans (driving licence , etc) .

Struggle to give them 1 star .... I deposited £25 it never reached them .... they blame it on their payment providers and tell me I should take it up with my bank. I did that but they can't help either ....

Never ever ever use this site!!! They do not pay out!!! I’ve been waiting 3 months and now they just ignore all my emails after a few excuses made initially!! Stay away!

I unfortunately signed up and deposited funds. Upon winning I uploaded all verification documentation in order to withdraw. After a week of my account not being verified - I contacted them via their website contact form on numerous occasions - and thereafter emailed them. Absolutely no response from them.

I know they read the reviews on here and I truly hope that karma comes back to bite them extremely hard!! You are rotten creatures and every bad thing that happens in any aspect of your life’s then take time to reflect on what you have done and ask yourself if this has got anything to do with it - the simple answer will invariably be an overwhelming’Yes!’

7 weeks waiting Absolute joke of a company won £300 and requested a withdrawal on the 30th September all I get is automated responses apologizing for delay!

Its not fair, they no response on my complaints!! its not good at all...

All I can say is be patient. I won £2000 and it’s taken about 3 weeks but I’ve finally just got it. Stay polite on the emails. Email regularly. I really thought I wouldn’t get any of it but it all hit my account this morning.
