I had a problem with the water tank , couldn't pull out, the water tank is stuck. I check on internet it's not common, its just incident. Harts of Stur asked me to send it back , I did it , waiting for money . Still want to buy Jura coffe machine by Harts of Stur, but different model .

Quick and easy to use and makes a splendid cup of coffee
Not too big and makes excellent coffee.
Simple, no frills, like frothy milk, just straight black coffee from beans (variable volume and strength) or pre-ground (variable volume but advised fixed amount/strength). Simple controls and easily refillable, side-located water reservoir. Clear warnings when used-coffee bin requires emptying. Still new to me, so I cannot yet comment on reliability; I’m sure it will be up to Jura’s standard, proved by my first Ena 5, which lasted 15 years hard use.
Replaces our ENA Micro One which lasted, disappointingly, less than 8 years including a service. Hoping we can get 10 years out of this one. It simply makes great coffee. We don't want any of the milk faff.
Great quality produces makes good coffee simple straight forward single expresso or cup of black coffee, why make life complicated when you can have a Jura ENA4
I have bought a number of Jura machines over the years and this is by far the best for a simple cup of black coffee
