Simply select from two speeds - chop or puree and press the black cirle on the lid for power. There's a pulse operation too, for coarse or fine results. A drizzle basin in the lid allows liquid ingredients such as oil to be added gradually without having to stop the machine.The lightweight BPA-free 830ml bowl has a pouring spout and handle and houses the stainless steel blade. The blade locks onto the bowl so you can safely pour out its contents without fear of the blade dropping out. Kitchen Aid products never fail to produce excellent results and this mini chopper doesn’t disappoint. It’s chops with ease and is both fast and efficient and the pulse action gives more control over how chunky/fine you want the food to be. A great little machine.

Love KitchenAid!! This mini food chopper is my 2nd product towards building my empire red kitchenAid food empire (got drip coffee machine). It is simple, classic and compact in design, for ease of use, but powerful. I’ve been able to make guacamole, for example, in a smaller batch. In the past I would have had to use my larger food processor but this makes making dips and sauces and food prep so quick and easy and cleaning the chopper afterwards, a breeze!!

Love this processor. Matches my mixer and is small and neat to have out on my work surface without taking up too much space. Although small it is powerful and does an amazing job. Agree with other reviewers that the lid can be a bit fiddly to attach correctly but soon got the knack!

A little tricky to get the hang of locking the container and lid, and then triggering the machine, but once done a few times it becomes straightforward. Early days since purchase, but seems robust and up to the job. Worth spending a bit extra compared to the true mini processors, two of which I have overstressed and burnt out!
