The pan is excellent quality and just what I wanted. I'm giving it only 4 stars because of the sticker on the inside of the pan. This was EXTREMELY difficult to remove. Nearly took my fingernail off trying to prise it free. Then there was an incredibly sticky residue of the glue that was impossible to remove. We washed it, soaked it, put it in the dishwasher - nothing worked. The instructions had said use a non-stick scourer and no scouring products so I followed that. It was only when a friend brought round her stainless steel cleaning cream that we were able to remove it. All this just for some advertising blurb which, as we bought it online, was completely useless and unnecessary. Come on Stellar, get your act together and stick it on with something easier to remove - or don't stick it at all. Put a plastic tie on the handle that we can cut off instead of all this palaver.

I’ve always been a fan of Stellar pans and used to have a lovely set, which sadly had to go when I replaced my gas hob with an induction hob. I needed a milk pan so was very happy to find that Stellar had a perfect one in the Profile range, and that they’re induction-compatible. The pan looks great, has pouring lips either side and is dishwasher safe. The handle is metal but doesn’t seem to get hot in use.
