Enjoying these pans but the information sent with them advises not to put them in the dishwasher so a bit laborious to wash by hand. Also they are quite heavy so whilst the drainage holes in the lids are useful, you need strong wrists to use them on the larger pans. Beware, the lid handles get too hot to handle with bare hands.
