This is a really useful pan set. I had to replace mine to suit an induction hob. I particularly needed a medium size sauté pan / casserole and it's unusual to find one in a good value set like this. The saucepans have useful extra features; volume markings on the inside and a strainer lid, so you don't need to reach for a colander. I have two reservations that you may want to consider: 1. The largest saucepan is quite tall and the handle is relatively slim. That means that when it is full of liquid, it's heavy and more difficult to twist your wrist to pour our the contents. My previous pan had a broader handle which I realise facilitated that. It's not something you can easily test in a shop! 2. The sauté pan has a stainless steel rather than a glass lid, so you can't see what's happening when it's on the hob. (A glass lid is often covered in steam anyway.) Overall I would recommend these.

Great looking pots, easy to clean and not too heavy either. Pots are easily stacked and ideal for cooking on my new ceramic hob. Excellent price compared to elsewhere.

Was looking for something to replace my 35 year old Cuisinox Elysee saucepans which don't work on my new induction hob. Did a lot of research and settled on this brand which feel really well made and work a treat on the induction hob. I really like the measurement guides and the draining lids work a treat. I've washed by hand and in the dishwasher and so far there's no signs of any wear. Harts of Stur had the best price and free delivery so it was a no brainer to place my order. Hoping this set will last another 35 years.
