This is our second stella 26 cm pan, we simply wore the non-stick on the other one out using it every day, so it now relegated to browning and braising, while this takes it's place for poaching eggs!

Such great pans. I had previously bought the set of 5 which came with a small frying pan. I love this small frying pan, it cooks the food so well. Great non stick ability and so easy to clean. So when I needed new bigger frying pan I knew exactly which ones I wanted. I am not disappointed.
