Wrong item sent. Zero customer service
I ordered a unisex scrub top in a medium but was sent out an XL. This in itself isn’t a massive issue but the website isn’t very user friendly when trying to deal with such matters. I found an email address that I could send my query to. That was almost a week ago and I’ve yet to get a response.

I ordered the wrong size and returned item requested an alternate size. Replacement received promptly without charge being raised for postage. Actual item as described and fully meets requirements. Also price was reasonable for item quality.
