Ordered a jumper from Harwood London, sight is beautiful, lovely shop in London, jumper is rubbish wouldn't let the dog sleep on it. taken 2 weeks. I have reported to bbc watchdog so I shall see. Returns are take to post office get recorded delivery and send it to china !!! I am sure it's a scam do not buy.

A real scam
Ordered and paid for jeans and received receipt but the product never came. As per others on here, I have called and no one answered. I emailed all given addresses and no reply. Wish I had checked here first! Don’t use this business.
Not happy with order received. Numerous emails and form filled on website with no reply not even an acknowledgement of receipt. Have tried phoning 01254 669251 answer “No one available”. Wish I had read previous before ordering.
