Great fun, kind and adaptable, nothing was to much trouble. Sabiha And Razwan picked no l my mum up from West Middlesex hospital and brought her back today

Every time I see Attiqa from gosh it makes my day and she makes me feel comfortable every time I come and makes sure I go to my appointment safe and on time

All the staff are very kind and helpful. They always call to give an updates. This month of October we came to the hospital 2 or 3 times a week for my son’s check up. Many many thanks to all your staff based in Great Ormond hospital sorry guys I can’t remember all your names but 5 star to all of you.

After several disappointing experiences, I had the opportunity speaking with Sakah. She was amazing. She listened, I felt heard and she did everything within her power to make my visit to the hospital possible. I cannot thank her enough. She did not once say that's not my job, she went over and above.

We had transport yesterday for one of our service users with complex needs.

I just wanted to say what a fantastic service was provided; I am unsure of the male driver name but the lady was called Amy.

They were courteous, professional and provided person-centred care, alongside this they were fun and friendly.

All to often people highlight faults but not many highlight excellent service, please pass on our thanks to both.

Joe was amazing. I was in panic mode today, however, Joe put me at ease, made me feel secure and comfortable. I arrived at my appointment and seen without any delay. I was lucky enough to have Joe bring me home. I will not forget my journey, there and back home safely. Joe left me with a twinkle in my eye and feeling thirty years younger. I recently had the pleasure of using Hats Transport, and I can honestly say that my experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I booked my service to the final drop-off, everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and a personal touch.
The office staff were incredibly easy, with clear communication every step of the way. Their team was very responsive to any questions I had.
On the day of the service, Najma was not only friendly but also incredibly professional. She went above and beyond to make sure I was attended to on arrival at the transport lounge.The vehicle was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. I appreciated the extra care taken to ensure that my trip was as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Additionally, Morgan was fantastic in handling a special request I had. I needed a last-minute change to my route, and Morgan was able to accommodate it without any issues, maintaining a positive attitude and making sure everything was perfect. It's clear that both Najma and Morgan are excellent representatives of the outstanding service Hats Transport provides.

We Had 2 gents Gary and Issac who looked after my mum who is 85 and myself .The transport team are wonderful .My mum was nervous as it was her first visit to hospital out patients.The lady in the office Molly made my mum a tea and really looked after her .The drivers are friendly and communicated ever step to mum .Making her day really enjoyable .Thank you All.

Both HATs personnel made my 86 year old husbands transfer from hospital (after a 9 week stay) to his new care home a professional happy experience. Their empathy and support helped his confidence throughout the process making a big difference to his arrival at his new home - a care home.

Our driver,Shoheb, was helpful and considerate during a long journey. He was sensitive to the fact that we were travelling to an important family celebration and that I was extremely excited as I had not been out of my care home for over six months. He liaised confidently and appropriately with my family members over parking and ensured that I was comfortably installed at the venue. It was a long day but Sho remained alert throughout, on a tricky route that is well-known to me. He is an impressive young man and an excellent ambassador for the company, whom I would recommend . The whole day went very well, helped by the fact that I had no anxiety whatsoever about the return journey

Kelly & Kaylee have helped support staff with their patience, support, and willingness. They have both been receptive receptive to suggestions and have shown understanding in situations where the extra time or support is required. It has made a significant difference and all of this can help any student's experience when transporting from home to school and back as it can set the tone for their entire day. If there is a calm and supportive environment, then it helps reduce the likelihood of negative incidents and contributes positively to any student’s overall school day.

Had a fantasy experience experience, staff Tyrone & Sabhia were very polite and helpful. Nice to meet cheerful and professional people.

Joanne was a very considerate ambulance crew member who was careful to cater for my needs. The transportation was extremely comfortable, in spite of difficult access to my property and Joanne made it appear no trouble at all. We are very grateful and thank Joanne for her help.

I needed to get to the hospital earlier today as I was requested to by a surgeon to come in and the lovely lady on the phone sorted that for me at Kings this morning

Then I taken to the hospital by a lovely man who told me he was Derek and he was patient with me getting myself out of the front door and into the transport He had the radio on and played some feel good Friday tunes and ended up bringing me home too

All the transport team are very good at doing their jobs but Derek put me at ease before my appointment that I was dreading

Tunes and banter was just what I needed this morning …thank you
