Ordered a New Era cap, £30, it arrived & looks cheap/fake. The back has a cheap plastic strap on it which reminds me of the caps you bought as a child in the 90s. My other New Era caps have the metal clip at the back to adjust the size. Reminds me of a knock off from Turkey. More annoyingly, £10 plus to send the cap back from the UK to Sweden… never again!

Order confirmation UK2613052 - I provided my credit card details because I don't use Klarna. I used the OTP number sent to validate my payment and their system recorded it as a Klarna transaction.
Using Whatsapp (Hat Store UK Support Centre phone number doesn't even answer). I explained the problem "I want to pay via my credit card, please advise me as to how that can be achieved?"
This was the reply: "welll, if you want to order with us, Klarna will be involved :)"
At no point during the payment process had I seen any reference to all payments being processed through Klarna, I was asked for my credit card details so I provided them. I had assumed that Klarna was just an option. As of now I have had no contact from Klarna or Hat Store as to how or when my payment will be taken.
As I never agreed to Klarna being involved in the process I asked for advice as to how to return the hats. In response someone in the customer service team of Hat Store couldn't help themselves and explained that after Brexit the rules had changed and I would have to pay to do so. I think that comment was gratuitous. If I am in error I expect to have to pay postage to send goods back, even within the UK.
It is troubling that I somehow managed to make a payment via Klarna when I thought I was using my credit card. It is even more troubling when you contact the business for help and the people representing that business seem to still be 'hung up' about a democratic decision which was made seven years ago by 17.2 million Brits (over 1.5 times the population of Sweden). Please, can't we all just move on?

I had ordered a hat mid February and Canada post seemed to have lost it in transit. Viktor was very helpful and when troubleshooting was unsuccessful quickly put in another order to be sent right away. Very pleasant and efficient service.

I messed up on my order, sent them a email and they responded back within the hour 😮
Then they fixed my screwup in as little as 15 min and responded back letting me know that they had fixed it.
So customer service you get 💯
Now on to the website itself~
The interface isn't exactly user friendly, as toggling back n forth between the features is confusing and doesn't appear to make any sense ( I was customizing an order ).
I sort of got the hang of it after a few tries.
I think maybe they should consider putting a How-To User Guide with pictures of the steps available to the ones buying and customizing the product.
All told though I am very happy with my purchase and your website.

I designed a hat-I don't really have any design skills-simply uploaded the graphic onto a hat I chose. It came out much better than I expected. The process was easy and shipping was reasonable. This was a very positive experience and they are 100% legit and competent. If you don't know which hat to choose-look at the tag on some of the ones you already own-they have a huge selection.

I recently ordered some custom hats for a bachelor party, but they were stolen off my porch when they arrived. I contacted Hatstoreworld support and Viktor was extremely helpful and understanding of the issue. They got a replacement sent out right away at no extra cost to me. They didn't arrive in time for the party, but no complaints. Hat is well constructed and the stitching looks nice. Will definitely use Hatstoreworld again in the future.
