A lovely little office/shop tucked away in mews behind Hatton Gdns. It was easy to make an appointment to view some Cartier earrings I had seen online. Gemma was very helpful and knowledgeable and the whole shopping experience was very calm and pleasant.

Rachel at Hatton Jewels did an estimate for some jewellery I wanted to sell. She was able to see me quickly and was highly professional and efficient in her approach. She quoted a fair price and when we proceeded to sale, the sale process was quick and efficient. I highly recommend!

I cried leaving the place! We travelled an hour to Hatton jewels to pick our wedding bands! Organised a full day out! So we could make it special! The blonde lady that greeted us was nothing but rude, uninviting and made us feel stupid! I still think what did we do to deserve this treatment and it’s weeks ago! She did not want to serve us and was so sharp in her tone and manner! I was so upset we had to come back the following morning and found a professional fantastic Jewellers on Hatton gardens and had the most opposite experience! And thankfully even though it didn’t go to plan Friday evening! Our Saturday morning was made to feel special not thanks to the behaviour of Hatton jewels! Maybe they pick there clientel! But I will be sure to let me engaged friends to stay away and inform them of this terrible experience!

I have been to quite a few jewellers in the past but once I found Hatton Jewels I will never have to look again! The best thing is their honest approach - all the advise I was given ensured I made an informed decision. If you need jewellery look no further!

Me and my husband were looking for the perfect eternity ring, after browsing the internet for a while I came across the Hatton Jewels website. I found a ring that was perfect (and the right price!) and phoned to make an appointment, the helpful lady on the phone gave me some more information and managed to find an appointment time that suited me.
The appointment room was very private and made the experience very special, and they were able to hand make a ring to fit me within a few weeks.
Highly recommended!

I bought my engagement ring and wedding band from Hatton Jewels and I could not be happier. The staff were approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. They also saved me so much money compared to shop prices and the turn around of my rings was only 2 weeks. I will definitely be using them again.
