3 children and we'll always use hauck

We have 3 children and will only use hauck for our pram/runner and double buggy. We have the hauck dryk duo, hauck runner and hack newborn pram as well as the car seat. Cannot recommend highly enough for an outdoors, active family. We use the runner and double every day and have done for the past 3 years. Sturdy, great suspension. Currently have our 4 and 2 year old in the double and they're very comfortable and happy using the buggy.

Death trap.

Death trap.

Hauck Travel N Care Pushchair - Dark Olive.

DO NOT buy this product. Terrible to control even on UK pavements. The wheel often struggle to go over the smallest differences in surface and sometime turn, which causes the front to break.

Today the front wheel locks tippy the pushchair over and my child landing face first on the concrete. We had to call emergency services for he injuries.

Wheels keep buckling under. I can BUY new wheels but the company won’t guarantee this will not happen again!!!!!!!!!! Use a reliable company

Bad materials and no after-sales service

I bought a Hauck Rapid 3 trio set on the e-commerce they recommended.
The product arrived with several defects: hard and imprecise mechanisms, damaged and low quality materials.
It was a cheap stroller and I didn't expect it to be perfect, but better than this way...
I reported the matter to Hauck and they replied that "the stroller was actually damaged".
No response to my request for suggestions on how to fix the defects, even by purchasing spare parts or missing components.
Bad products and bad experience!

Almost kill my kid.

Almost kill my kid using pushchair while i was waking. It assembled it self and my kid fallen over handle bar hitting his head on the pavement.
