From start to finish they did a great job - excellent service, fab communication, support all the way through the process.

On time to do the work, clean, efficient, respectful. Nothing was too much trouble. Definitely recommend them. The work was finished to a very high standard.

Dan and Wayne were excellent fitters being tidy ( clearing up/shoes off in house/protective sheets in bath which they needed to step into to fit) polite and helpful ( rehung 2 blinds).

Recently had our door fitted which was went very smoothly. Good communication throughout the process. The Door looks fantastic and has been nicely fitted. The 10 year warranty was a big decider along with a well priced quote. The fitter was polite, friendly and carried out a great job. I believe his name was Darren. Molly who did the original quote was 10/10, friendly, calm and not pushy in anyway possible. A perfect sales approach

Haus replaced our large glass conservatory roof with a warm roof. Jason was very amiable and made several useful suggestions when designing the roof, such as replacing several existing windows in the walls with large picture windows and replacing internal doors with Bifolds. The old roof was removed on day one with the new one waterproof on day 2 and installed on day 3; hats off to Wayne and Dan for an exceptional job. A problem we reported to Adam with the plastering was rapidly fixed. Very pleased with the outcome, although communication at times could have been better. Have already commissioned extra work with Haus.

Molly- Haus representative attended our house to assist us in replacing our porch and internal front door along with a side garage door, and some cladding and dry verges
On the day of fitting Jay and Lewis arrived and listened to a couple of requests regarding cables etc then got to work.
Within the hour both the old patio sliding door and the internal door were out!!
They were tidy and efficient and a pleasure to have on site.
By the end of the (their) day both the new patio doors were in the porch as was the internal front door
The next day they returned to fit the side garage door, the cladding and the dry verges and were finished shortly after lunch

Alan and Morgan from Haus Installations carried out an absolutely flawless job on our house, replacing all the rotten fascias. They worked tirelessly and cheerfully through pretty miserable weather conditions to get the work completed on schedule. We can’t recommend Haus highly enough.

The chaps turned up on time. Good friendly introduction to the team. The materials had already been delivered. We had a useful chat about one particular item and agreed the best solution.
The team looked and behaved very professionally and I was quite happy to leave them to get on with the job. The guttering and fittings were as specified and the fitting was excellent. The finished job looks great and we were very satisfied.
You may have to wait to get the job done but that's probably because they have good reputation. Would very happily use them again.

I had a new conservatory built a couple of years ago by Haus, very professional service and no complaints. However I had a problem with the sliding doors a few weeks ago and contacted Haus who sent out an engineer, fast forward 3 weeks and I am now in receipt of a set of brand new doors fitted with no quibble.

We are delighted with our new doors and windows. It was a significant project, replacing 19 windows and four doors. The quality of the product installed is outstanding. Jay and Lewis handled the installation, and their professionalism, flexibility and attention to detail was second to none. All our dealings with Haus Installations have been excellent and we would definitely recommend them. We are also about to have cladding, soffits and gutters replaced in the next couple of weeks, again by Haus, and we have no doubt we will have the same excellent service and quality of product.

Service was fine but the director ruined it and that's what I remember, and still remember.

After 7 days he personally wrote and hand delivered a letter quoting sections of the law and personally imposing a fine - no reminders, no contact of any kind. If he had bothered to be courteous, pretty standard for business, and definitely how I run business, he would have found out I was already talking to the sales team actually asking for an invoice to pay. He chose to demand the law instead.

As comedy would have it I also asked for a quote for an extension which I can now afford after the stock market turndown. Guess he won't be getting that 30k job. Well played director - all for a £7.92 fine.

For balance once the sales team had directed me to the invoice, the small print on the rear does state that you will be fined. Basic communication though folk. Gentle reminders. It isn't hard. Life happens to lots of people.

Haus did an excellent job designing and fitting sofits, gutters, sash windows, front door and 2 large bay windows in our Georgian town house. The 2 front bay windows were especially challenging due to the unusually large size and design needed to be in keeping with the historic appearance of the property.
A good job well done, by a local privately owned company.
Thoroughly recommended.

Just had a superb new composite front door, upvc back door, a bay window and two other large windows installed/replaced and I’m absolutely thrilled with the quality and of the impeccable standard of fitting!! Top notch guys, a pleasure to have in the house, super clean workers, wouldn’t know they had been they left the place immaculate. I will be using Haus again in the near future to have the rest of the windows replaced and fascias replaced too. I recommend 100% this firm for quality, professionalism and skill.

From initially choosing colours and design to completion Haus installations were efficient helpful and very professional. I’ve received a lot of compliments on my new front door. Would highly recommend them.

From our initial contact with Hous, through to the completion of our installation, the whole process was smooth and trouble free.
We are really pleased with the new back door and replacement window units.

the experience from start to finish was seamless with Haus, they were there when they said they would be and were super professional (unlike other window sales people).
the clear fact is we are so impressed with our door we will be going back for windows soon.

I had haus to replace all my windows in my house the service was fantastic the guys who put all the windows in were so professional and cleaned up after themselves I would definitely recommend them to anyone

Haus have just completed a rather large job for us where we replaced soffits, facias, guttering, cladding, windows and doors. The workmen worked incredibly hard and have done a fantastic job of it all, paying attention to even small details such as air vents on the outside of the property. Everything has been done to a high standard. Communication from the beginning was excellent and the whole experience has been a good one. None of our requests or questions were too much trouble. We also were impressed that they pay their workers a salary rather than by the hour/ job and do not take a deposit - asking you to pay on completion of the work instead. We would highly recommend their services and will definitely contact them again if we needed further work done in the future.
