Had to chase for my order on several occasions, answers are not done in a professional manner, no reference to your order tracker number, etc. the first time it said that the parcel was leaving the US. After several attempts, I get notified that parcel is on the way (from China actually!) until the eve of the expected delivery and I get notified that the parcel is too damaged and will be returned to the sender. I contacted them again and they were asking me to pay again a small fee to cover the transport costs for sending a new parcel. not serious.

After two months of stringing me along, the order still hasn't arrived. It's a scam I guess.

UPDATE 16/12/2025 : order has arrived ! (after almost 3 months)
definitly not from Germany send -> china .

Beware of fraud: more money is billed to the credit card than per purchase and contract. Order confirmation arrives with one sum, but a higher sum is billed to the credit card. The bank cannot just cancel the transaction, has to go through insurance. Looks like a dodgy Chinese internet site with bad translation and fraudulent activity.
