My wife received her mink coat a few days ago and it is beautiful. The craftsmanship and quality are top quality.
The first one we received was too tight so we sent it back and had it remade one size up. It fits perfectly and the shipping back to Greece from the States and back again was easy.
The first time around, it got stuck in customs, and for some reason I had to provide a copy of my SS card, which was odd. The company support through that process was also very good.
The only regret I have is that I didn’t order it sooner in time for the cold north east winter. I would recommend ordering at least a month ahead of when you want it.

I have ordered a mink fur coat from this company. Though in the beginning I was sceptical a bit since the pricing was very good, but I can say this coat is beyond my dreams! The packaging, the quality, the communication with the team…everything 5 star. I had to send back and ask them to shorten the sleeves a bit, everything went well superquickly, via DHL express. Customer service is amazing.
The coat is super beautiful fur, all the tags included about the quality. Superwarm so ideal for minus degrees, thick and supersoft mink fur.

I received my fur coat today and it’s simply wow! The only thing I regret is that I hadn’t have ordered it earlier … the fur is shiny, soft, perfectly sewed and looks far better than on website. The customer service support is friendly and professional, helped me a lot. Shipment was fast. I am overwhelmed. Thank you a lot!

I want to mention my wonderful experience with this shop. They accommodated my order the way I wanted and shipped it vast and efficiently. When order got stuck on custom, the shop contacted carried multiple times and helped to speed up the shipping. Unfortunately I had to return the coat as the shape didn’t fit me, I can definitely say that the quality of fur and coat is amazing! Also shop helped me with return and arranged shipping label for very affordable price. I am very happy with my experience!

Amazing service! Amazing products and quality

I placed an order based on the standard sizes (S, M, etc.) listed online. A day later, I was asked to provide my measurements. I politely declined in writing, as I did not want a custom-made item to ensure I could return it if necessary. I was then informed that my measurements were required to start production. I responded that I did not want production to begin and wished to cancel my order. The reply I received stated that a cancellation fee of 10-15% would be charged because production had already started. This was shocking to me—an intentional deception of the customer. Legal action may follow. A costly mistake. I strongly advise against ordering from this company.

I’m really impressed with my coat! This is my second order, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality. It looks just like the photos and fits me perfectly! Haute Acorn, thank you very much for the beautiful mink coat! I received it on time. Perfect cut, and made to measure. The coat is sewn very well. It is the same as the coat in the picture. Perfect quality of materials and workmanship. The staff were very kind and quick answering all the questions. I bought (29.11.) blue mink coat and today (3.12.) i have it. Mink coat is beautiful and high quality. I am very happy.

Got my navy blue mink cape today and I couldn't be more pleased considering I took a leap of faith and trusted the online reviews lol. After about a week of research I went with faith thankfully they didn't disappoint! Hopefully they can honor my price adjustment request since I brought my item just days ago and now it's on sale! We shall see fingers crossed 🤞🏽

Update: so I reached out to the company and sent them screenshots of the item telling them I had purchased just days ago and my item was on sale had not been delivered yet. Showed proof of my order along with the price paid. Showed the sale price. He told me must be an error. The next day he adjusted the price to what they wanted it to reflect then reached out to me via WhatsApp acting like I was mistaken as if I didn't take screenshots. Very dishonest and for this I won't shop again with them!

Haute Acorn's variety of colors are really impressive! I couldn't choose one of them so purchased two coats 🤣 - one for myself and one for my mom. We couldn't be happier with our choices because the quality of the fur turned out to be really good as well.

The fur leaves a lot of hair all over the clothes and people around you. I ended up throwing an expensive one in the bin after 2 years. Avoid.

I have always longed for a mink coat. since I have a specific style and not exactly a catalog figure, I thought that I would not be able to find the fur coat of my dreams, or that I would have to sell my kidney to be able to afford it :D Fortunately, I discovered this seller. A huge selection, different styles and especially the size chart that fits me... Fur coat is so beautiful, I tried it on as soon as it arrived, just with leggins and I was like a princess anyway. I can't wait to wear it with a dress. I recommend it to everyone

My mom and I both ordered a couple fur coats, the shipping was super fast and we received our orders to our door safe and sound. The coats are beautiful! They are full of fur, exactly what you see on the website (maybe even more beautiful in person) fits perfectly. Their team is great and for some pieces they even ask for your body measurements. Supper pleased with the company. Have already gone back and purchased more coats lol
