I ordered the rotate shoe rack on the 6th July and I have heard nothing it is now the 27th August and still nothing I would like to know what is happening I am thinking of getting a refund if not heard anything by the end of the week.

On July 6, I ordered and paid with my credit card 2 revolving shoe racks. As of August 15, 2025 they have not been delivered.

Ordered a pair of boots as a Christmas present for my wife on 7 December. On 13 December received an apologetic email that said there were delays due to store closures, etc. On 14 December a shipping label was printed, progress right? Not so much, here it is 18 December and USPS is still awaiting item, no email updates since 13 December. I get it, things are delayed due to COVID but don’t false advertise delivery by Christmas when I’ll be lucky to see this item shipped by Christmas. Exchange a pair of slippers
Bought a pair of slippers. Was charged $7.95 for shipping. Slippers arrived and were too small. HauteLook charges a fee to return the slippers and another $7.95 for shipping for the new size. The total shipping charges would have been in excess of $22. I chatted with customer service to explain I was trying to exchange the slippers for a bigger size and they were unhelpful. Simply told me to avoid a return shipping charge to bring the slippers to Nordstrom Rack, in the middle of a pandemic on Black Friday. They also indicated I would still have to pay $7.95 for shipping for the new size, so still a total of $15 for shipping a pair of slippers. Terrible policy and terrible customer service. I will be returning the slippers and not purchasing anything further from this online store.

I've called the customer service number 3 times and have waited over 20 minutes only for my call to be hung up. I've tried several times to use customer service live chat, but that isn't working either. With their return policy being 45 days this is becoming a nightmare.
Impossible Order Cancellation
Placed an order after hours. I decided to cancel the order; the only way to cancel my order was by calling. I called HauteLook 10 minutes after the order was placed due to their two hour cancellation period to try and cancel the order. The message said they were closed. I then called them first thing in the morning and waited 40mins on hold; they told me they could not cancel the order due to the fact it was after their two hour order cancelation period. How am I supposed to cancel an order within a two hour window if HauteLook is not open?

Great website overall. Good deals and you can dress stylish for less so why not. What about returns, well returns are kind of pain in the a$$ pardon my french if you do it by mail. Takes 17 days to return your product by mail and they charge you for it which is fine but 17 days is not. And sometimes they will ship you wrong product. But other then that it's good)
