Havas-IT har haft butik og værksted ved Vesterbro Torv siden maj 2010. Jeg startede i 2006 med at køre ud til kunder for at reparere deres computere, men det var en stor lettelse at få butik og værksted i stedet for. Her har jeg alt hvad jeg skal bruge i værkstedet, så jeg kan reparere computeren meget hurtigere. Har du akut brug for at få hjælp på stedet hjemme eller på dit kontor, kan jeg stadig køre ud mod et tillæg.

Watch out scam company!!
Watch out scam company!!! The idea behind this business is you must pay "run a case" (250Dkk) fee which is obviously not refund. After you pay it he will "look" what he can do with your computer. The problem is that they don't know nothing about computers or they just even don't look into a case. After all he will offer u a second hand computer which is 100years old and claim it is super fast new machine! Highly not recommended unprofessional shop!!! The owner is chaty speaks very good English smiling a lot and promises a lot more... In my case he promise my computer will be done till 18 o'clock ( I came just after opening) "today we are 3 technician so we can do it for sure! When I came at 18 computer was In the same state like I brought it! He didn't even try to fix it and said stop complain (stop complain to costumer!?) its not even worth to fix it (I just want to tell I found other shop in Aarhus and they fixed next day after I brought it) and he refuse to give back 250Dkk... Instead offer second hand computer... If I pay deposit. I still was saying it is not fair if I paid 250Dkk and you didn't even open it. I said to him you just said 3people work today so why you didn't try it? After that he became rough an quote annoyed and start sajng again over its too old computer. we have to bring parts from abroad and said very rude to me 250dkk is "run a case fee" and I'll not give back it!!!

But what happens is that you are confused. And i understand.
Being a foreigner and dont understanding much, about our danish system, as i can see, must be hard on you.
As i said you are confused writting a lot of assumptions that make no sense.
Yes we looked at ur pc, its old and cheap, so i dont recommend a repair, instead a BETTER pc than your potato. But again as confused as you are, u got it wrong, again.
In Denmark we dont cheap repair dying computers, like yours.
Happy if someone else did it. 2 years guarantee for such a low cost PC is a dare i dont take.
Before you gave a 1 star my compnay was number 15 outta 100. Now thanks to you and your missleading 1 star, i went down in ranking. Thanks but please, dont come again, you have done enough damage. Thanks again for your energy. next time have your facts straight.and please. Dont writte anymore. im busy servicing danes that are not confused.

Very helpful when it comes to issues with products
Sold me a router, i then had issues with it so returned to the shop. He then offered me a much better router that works fantastically and then said i didn't need to pay the DKK 200 extra for it! very very pleased! thank you

Unprofessional, unpleasant and incompetent
I went to Havas-IT because my laptop screen was constantly flickering. We agreed that for 250 kr they would investigate the laptop and determine what needed to be fixed. They found out that the problem was with Windows 10 so they reinstalled it and promised to return my computer the same evening.
When I went to pick up my laptop they claimed that they also needed to do a "total check-up and replacement of parts", but I said it wasn't necessary as I will buy a new computer soon anyway. Juan insisted on doing the check-up and taking an extra 750 kr for it. We argued about the necessity of the check-up until Juan made clear that he either wouldn't give me back my computer tonight or would give it back completely broken.
I had no choice but to agree and when I returned the next day, they gave me back my computer with a new Windows 10, but the screen was still flickering. Juan said it was unfixable and offered to sell me a new PC, which I of course refused.
When I got home I figured I should try to fix the computer myself. Turned out that the problem was not with Windows but with the Intel GPU. After disabling it my screen has not flickered once.
I wouldn't recommend Havas-IT to anyone. You'll be better of fixing your computer yourself.

I disagree. You did not Pay 750 as we told you that, eventhough you graphics card was malfunctioning and that we could not repair it. There was no charge.
We tried for free to reinstall Windows. But it didnt work.
So instead of misleading your article. Be honest.
I required 750 to change the part. I did not change it, therefore you didnt Pay.
So dont Lie thank you. Your one star is as fake News as they come. disabling the graphics card is not a repair. Its like having a wee in Your pants to keep warm. Have fun.
