They don't honor the warranty.
The HavEarly company sells used and refurbished smartphones on ebay and on their website. They give you 1 year direct seller warranty and when the phone fails they don't respond to you. They don't honor their warranty promise.
Not a fair practice.
Do not buy anyrhing they sell or they will not honor the warranty.
