Thought everything was good until I opened the box to find my 12kg of vet approve dry dog food to have been cut open and taped closed. I contacted customer service and they offered a partial refund almost 3 weeks later and no answer to emails I still haven’t received any refund monies. I will definitely not be using the company again. Wish I was able to attach photos to show!
Terrible customer service. Item took 3 weeks to arrive with no update and no response to my emails requesting an update. When it arrived, they had sent a 'substitute product' in a plain bag without telling me. I knew it wasn't the 'genuine product' and contacted them, saying I wasn't happy. They didn't apologise, and thought it was acceptable to send an inferior, lower-cost product without asking the customer and without refunding the difference. I had to request to return it, and they rudely arranged an 'all day’ delivery window' without asking me what day I would be home???
