I am one very lucky person. I was about to order 5 shirts & then decided to check the reviews.
I have NEVER seen such adverse & appalling experiences & there was not even ONE good review in all the reviews I read.
WOW. How is this mob still operating.
I will be alerting the Australian authorities regarding this company & hopefully they can do something. Even stop them advertising or put some sort of restriction on them.

It took a longtime almost 2months for the shirts to arrive. When they did they were not the right size. I did use their metrics, wear a medium in the US but their extra large would not fit me. Go figure.
Then the return is a one where you are almost up a creek and will surely end up swallowing the costs. I am never buying clothes online, my first and last shopping.

Terrible company. Returns policy is awful. You have to send them to China for a refund at your own expense and then wait for ever . Bought 6 shirts, Large, and according to their size chart I was expecting them to fit well. As it turned out, a 10 year old would have difficulty getting into them!
No star rating would be accurate. Had to give it one star to write this review. Avoid this terrible company at all costs!!!

I purchased 2 shirts the same size. When they arrived, one was about 3 sizes bigger than the other. I had to fill out a form to find out how to return one of them. They told me (email) they would get back to me within 48 hrs. I waited a month. Still nothing. I emailed again and again, but their left hand doesn't seem to know what their right hand is doing. I still have both shirts and I will never use Hawalili again.

If this company were an animal we would be compelled to euthanize it! This website isn't deserving to exist & should be "put down" for humanity's sake. The appeal factor here is STRICTLY visual as there's no such thing as customer service in dealing with these "vermin" of an international retail sales platform. I ordered 8 men's shirts, got only 6 in an extended timeline involving 3 separate shipments, 2 had buttons on the left which in America is a ladies top, the sizes received were "all over the landscape" with various, different dimensions for each shirt, gave 1 to my wife with buttons on the left that I could NEVER, EVER have fit me, gave 2 others that were too small for me away, have kept 3 for myself which are all a different size & have, as yet to receive the 8th shirt which's "gone missing" entirely with no response from Hawalili regarding the status of it. They are uber quick to take your money, slower than a "cadaver" in shipping product & non-responsive to inquiry as to why they have my money & I get nothing in return for it. Perhaps in the Asian geographical region they are capable of functioning in what we in America would define as normal. Bu, getting product shipped here or obtaining satisfaction appears to be a monumental issue or the equivalent of doing business with an "organized crime syndicate". I noticed a new website taking advantage of the TV success of the series Yellowstone on Paramount Network & another site offering almost the exact same products as Hawalili. What applies here, to all 3 sites mentioned, is the age old phrase "a fool & his money are soon parted". For all of you out there who are EVEN CONSIDERING, maybe, ordering from this site - DON'T! Before you "part" with your money by "clicking on" the icon finalizing things you can't undo by authorizing your purchase think to yourself "CAVEAT EMPTOR". Just don't do it, take a deep breath, clear the mental mechanism, walk away, talk an aspirin then go lie down someplace comfortable for a nap!

I ordered two shirts that were of incredibly horrible quality. They refused to refund my money because they have a ten day deadline. I called just after that. Eventually I managed to squeeze a 15% refund which has yet to appear on my cc statement. Avoid this sham of a company!

Horrid experience. Delivery took MONTHS. Then when the package arrived, shirts were way too small. When I PAID $30 to return the small shirts to China, Hawalili claimed they never received the package. They have a TERRIBLE return policy, and you have to respond to emails every 7 days or they close your case. I have been trying to get a refund for about 9 months without success. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS AWFUL RETAILER.

This company is a scam. Beware!!

I ordered quite a few shirts for my hubby who is a Large size, knowing Asian sizes are always a bit small I ordered XXL - WELL - when they arrived I suggested we find an 8/10 year old boy to give them too!!!!
Hubby couldn't even get his arm into the sleeve!
I had to return them to China for a refund, this I did at the cost of $66.00! They arrived before the cut of date and I've never heard from them again - and - I never received my refund.
WARNING - I lost the money I paid for all the shirts PLUS $66 to return them and NO REFUND!

NEVER again will I order from Hawalili.
I always wear an extra large shirt so I ordered four extra large shirts from Hawalili.
I can’t even get the shirts close to buttoning in the front so I took them to my brother who wears a medium and he got them to button by sucking in.
These shirts seem like they are extra extra small shirts.
The button size and the button holes were not the same.
I don’t think the hems will still be stitched and the buttons will still be on six months from now.
Very very very poor quality and mis sizing on their part.
Who mentioned quality in their review?

This company is not good. They sell (ripped-off?) cool designs for really cheap? The catch? They don't deliver. They still have not delivered my garment I ordered 2 months ago. They do respond to my communication, but with very poor spelling and not very articulate. They did let me cancel my order but I have yet to see a refund. Avoid this company.

I will save you time and $$$. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING. And when you carefully review the sizing and make a selection and it ISN'T EVEN CLOSE TO FITTING - you will be asked to send it back to CHINA - at your expense. They will point this fact out (how much it will cost you to return) and then offer a credit to allow for alterations. RUN AWAY and BUY from companies and sites you have done business with before. AVOID the INCESSANT "flashy" ads from the New York Times!

When I did finally receive my order I was surprised at the extremely poor quality of the material.
Asked for a refund and still haven't received my money back

Good website, ordered five pieces of clothing. Long ship time, presumably sewn after order received.
The clothes were well-made and nicely finished, in bags labeled with correct sizes. But the clothes were all wrong sizes, no relation to the listed sizes (measurements in inches and cm on website). Not worth trying to return.

Production, quality control and customer service are all apparently run by small children with no supervision. The word "scam" keeps getting repeated in these reviews. I'll join that chorus. Don't make the same mistake I did. Stay away from these people.

I ordered two shirts Mid July. One showed up in a reasonable amount of time. They shirt is small and of poor quality. The second shirt never showed up. It is now November. Asked for a refund and still haven't received my money back

I ordered item 1 size larger than I normally wear (xxl instead of xl). Don't know what size I actually received but I'm pretty sure it's for a child. Instead of me paying to return it to China they are giving me a 25% refund, which was my choice. To their credit they responded to all my questions very quickly and politely. But, obviously, I will never buy from them again.

I bought 3 medium shirts. 2 are perfect, the third is for a small person, though it is labeled medium. The company has a horrible return policy and is asking me to pay for shipping back to China for a refund or to accept 25% credit toward another shirt. Totally wrong. This is their error. I will never buy from them again.

Worst service ever, ordered in August, nothing delivered, customer service is clearly a robot and keeps sending me tracking links that show one item delivered and the other still in transit. Positive reviews have such poor english, translated and fake. DO NOT BUY, SCAMMERS.

I ordered two shirts for $47.26 which looked very nice in their online ad. It took a full 3 weeks to receive my order. When I did finally receive my order I was surprised at the extremely poor quality of the material. It did not look much like the product that was advertised. The ad made the products look like heavy weight, high quality cotton or cotton blend. Instead the actual product was somewhat like the cross between cheap,thin, very worn sheet material and tissue paper. I will have to chalk this up as a learning experience and read other customers reviews before I make future purchases online. My suggestion is to avoid this company like Covid-19 and read what others have to say before you buy. All the good reviews out there have to be written by the company owners. A good review or two seems to follow the bad ones. And the good reviews are short and succinct while the bad ones are more detailed. That makes me think that the reviews that are longer are more well thought out and written by real customers like myself. Let the buyer beware!!!
