I received a $60 Visa gift card and discovered it had already expired when I tried to use it. The card apparently expires just six months from the date of issue. Since I attempted to use it within a week of the expiration date, I reached out immediately to request assistance. Unfortunately, I was told they would not help. It is actually against the visa terms. They company has no integrity. They said it was not within their ability to help and found out that they chose not to help to keep the money. I reached out to all my family members to warn them. We no longer shop from this place.

I ordered some of my Son’s compulsory school uniform from this company. When my parcel arrived, half of my order was missing. I have emailed 3 times, called 4 and left a voicemail. I have had no response, no apology, no refund, no product replacement. Kineton High School should probably look at moving to a different company for supplying their sports kits.
