I bought my first online order recently. What a lovely collection of sauces, marmalade and relish I received. All made and packaged with passion. Delightful flavours and taste well above supermarket standards. Found a wee gem of an online shop and will definitely be buying again. Good price for the high quality. Mixed Christmas boxes are presented in such beautiful glass jars - lovely for displaying. Highly recommend if you are looking for something different and the mixed boxes would make a lovely present for friends & family. Delivery arrived as advised by email. All round good service. Thank you

Having being recently diagnosed with coeliac disease, I was delighted to find Hawkshead as they don't use gluten in their factory or own brand products!

Great selection of products and there's often a special offer to be had. I'd love them to do a loyalty scheme or subscription product discounts (would happily buy my gluten free brown sauce every other month!).

I received a delivery from Hawkshead Relish last week. Unfortunately one of the items was damaged in transit (not their fault). I contacted them via email and received a fast response. A replacement was sent along with a couple of extras to try!!

I would normally pay a visit to the shop in Hawkshead, well worth a going along as the selection is amazing!!!

No company exists that doesn't have problems but how they deal with them is the measure of excellence that is most important. Hawkshead Relish score very very highly with me.

I reported a very slight problem with one of my jars quite late in the day by email. I was so pleased to receive an email, long after office hours apologising that the writer was in fact at home with no access to the office till Monday but would attend to my problem then and be back in touch afterwards.

Monday came and the promised communication was in my inbox stating they had replaced the jar in question and their courier would be in touch the same week.

Following day my replacement jar arrived alongside a new recipe to try….. can’t say fairer than that!!! Thank you all at Hawkshead excellent customer service that deserves to be recognised and acknowledged!

PS. The raspberry and vanilla jam is to die for!!
