What a lovely practice this is . I registered with Kenny my 3 year old border terrier cross in the new branch in Hassocks last year I can not fault this practice in anyway . Such lovely staff and very professional . Kenny as made a mate in James who is an excellent caring professional vet . I highly recommend this practice

Hawthorne did a hip and elbow score for me on a male dog, I felt that they over anaesthetised the dog he was ‘out of it for a considerably longer time than other dogs ‘ I’ve had scored, he was drowsy for nearly 2 days.
I was also disappointed when I took a very young puppy to them. The inexperienced vet prescribed a probiotic for a 4 week old pup with severe diarrhoea , the puppy died, the next day , I believe had the vet carried out tests on the puppy she should have realised it was something far more serious.
They opened a new premises in Hassocks, parking is impossible anywhere in the vicinity and their car park is only big enough for 2 cars, one of the receptionists at the Henfield branch can be rather rude, most are lovely but one of them I think she’s quite senior can be very frosty and unhelpful.
