After much research we decided to place an order for dining chairs with this company and they priced matched a cheaper supplier (who we where dubious off) the Order process and delivery was very simple and smooth delivery was quoted as 6-8 weeks but pleasantly surprised to get a call within 4 weeks product arrived well packaged and un-damaged

Haynes advised us clearly of the date when we could expect our chair. Lo, it was ready earlier than expected and delivery was arranged efficiently and fuss free. Great service and great value purchase.

Excellent company to deal with. Following an initial, very helpful, telephone conversation, and after being provided with fabric swatches, I ordered a sofa and chair (all recliners) plus a rise and recline chair from the Sherborne catalogue via the Haynes web site.
A realistic delivery date was provided, and the furniture was delivered and installed on time by a friendly and helpful team.

We ordered two Parker Knolls Chairs.
They were delivered on time and the delivery man were exceptionally helpful and moved our existing furniture.

This has been our second purchase from Haynes. First was two Celebrity Westbury chairs and now we've gone back to Haynes to add a matching Westbury 2-seater sofa. Experience on both occasions has been excellent throughout. Good comms throughout the process, delivery handled really well, and quality, competitively priced Celebrity Motion furniture. Very happy!

Ordered a Vale Bridgecraft sofa, chair and foot stool over the phone after finding this company on line and getting a quote that was £500 cheaper than my local store. Like another reviewer I found it good old fashioned service, they knew their business and I felt comfortable through out the whole process even though I had never set foot in their showroom. I was able to talk through the leg and caster options which they advised me on and even after placing my order I changed the chair fabric which was not a problem. The delivery van was clean and modern and the two guys who delivered were polite, pleasant and very efficient. I would definitely look to use this company again.

Ordered some lounge furniture after a dispute with a well known large company and was not disappointed. From the politeness on the phone to the exact delivery times being applied, I was more than pleased with the service given by Haynes Furnishers. They come highly recommended.

I ordered a Sherbourne kingsize electric bed.The service and delivery was 5 star. Delivery was free (and I live in Scotland).The lads that delivered the bed were excellent.Assembled the bed and took all packaging away.

I recently bought ercol Rimini bedside drawers & chest of drawers online. Price was the same as larger furniture stores but delivery free and only a deposit required until furniture was delivered. Delivery was as promised, & packaging was taken away. Really impressed, excellent customer service would definately order from them again.
